HEATdle is run by Jonas Lutz (see the Impressum). By playing, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

The game

HEATdle is free and played for fun. There are no purchases, and points, levels, badges and rolls have no money value and can't be exchanged for anything.
Rolls are random. We may change the game, its scoring, badges and odds, or reset leaderboards, at any time.
Only rolls made while signed in count on the leaderboards and in Cop or Drop; rolls made as a guest stay in your own history.
The sneakers in the game are original designs made for HEATdle. They aren't products you can buy, and the game isn't affiliated with any shoe brand.

Fair play

Play with one account. Don't use bots, scripts, or tricks to get extra rolls or votes, or to manipulate the leaderboards or Cop or Drop.
We may remove scores or votes that break these rules, and suspend accounts that keep doing it.

Display names

Signed-in players' display names are public. Don't use names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else, or contain links or advertising. We may change or remove such names.

The game shows ads to stay free. Rewarded ads are optional; a reward is only granted for an ad that was watched to the end, and may be unavailable at times.

No guarantees

The game is provided as it is, without guarantees that it's always available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost progress or other losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Ending

You can stop playing at any time and delete your account yourself on the Account page. We may close the game, giving notice on the site where we reasonably can.
